Cucumber, Basil Spagarita!

Quarantine has forced me to become an amateur mixologist, and if I've learn anything its that fresh ingredients are key. Yes, it might be a bit tedious to juice all those limes but trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 2)

5 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Cucumber Juice

.5 oz Maple Syrup

4 oz Casamigos Blanco Tequila

2 Basil Leaves

Splash of Sparkling Water

To make cucumber juice, blend chunks of cucumber in the blender with a tablespoon of water. Once the cucumber has become a smooth puree, take a cheese cloth and squeeze out the liquid into a bowl.

Add your lime juice, cucumber juice, maple syrup, tequila and ice to your cocktail shaker, mix and serve over ice. Add a splash of soda water, stir, and garnish with basil leaves.
